We were contracted to provide full design, consultation and construction of all internal appointments including, 1st floor offices, Entrance frontage, Reception area and Trade Counter etc.

LOFT CONVERSION

Initial viewing found this wasted use of space. It was obvious what could be gained by a full conversion.

Loft cleared out and new staircase access point provided.

Bedroom wall removed and rebuilt further out to provide required headroom for staircase on entering loft space. First landing of bespoke staircase in place. Note; no MDF here.

Mid section of staircase is now fitted and loft floor is supported by Accrow's whilst work continues. A new suspended floor must be fitted alongside the ceiling joists and the joists covered in wire mesh and rockwool insulation to comply with fire regulations.

From building site to study! Here is the completed project now fully functional.

All available space has been utilised, the opening to the right of the bookcase in this view and left in the above are storage cupboards.

Central area is spacious and working area is adequate. Laminate flooring fitted for ease of movement. New wiring fitted throughout including a new consumer unit, the conversion was purpose built as a study and has an array of power outlets for electrical equipment etc.

Two roof windows are fitted within the loft space and a third in the stairwell. One of the windows seen is the obligatory 'escape hatch'.

This project is now completed and fully functional. All work was done in accordance with building regulations criteria and has been inspected and approved at critical stages throughout.

Hoylake

The original entrance to Kingsmead School in Hoylake. As part of a refurbishing program we were commissioned to provide a new double door entrance with additional vestibule doors behind.

The new outer pair hung and awaiting finish.

The side entrance also benefitted with this combination frame and door set in hardwood.

Upton. St Mary's Church

The aftermath of a bus driver being attacked rendered this 100 plus year old lych gate beyond repair.

The replacement gates had to match the originals and therefore solid Oak was used with all detail work replicated.
